Most orders require 5 to 7 business days to be completed. Each item is fully custom made and this takes time. 

You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped.

If you would like to change or cancel your order, please call +1.514.341.8624 or contact us as soon as possible.

We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, please keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the fabrication process.

You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.

Our Private Client program is designed for our most active and discerning customers.

We store your head size, hat shape preference and favourite trim information in our system. 

This allows us to simplify the reordering process  on your next purchase.

Once you store the information, you can let us know via a comment on an order that you are in our Private Client program.
